Job Summary

• Reduction in the Non-Performing Loan book as per the set targets.
• Manage the entire products’ portfolio to mitigate losses.
• Evaluate the debt collection cycle and track all arrears.
• Timely and effective implementation of the collections matrix.
• Prepare reports for all units and follow up to facilitate full repayment.
• Champion the collections and recoveries policies and prepare requisite reports.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years’ experience in debt recovery and credit management in leadership positions.
• Certification in Credit Management and Debt recovery is an added advantage.
• Experience in the Microfinance industry preferred.
