WH AT WE ‘RE LOOKI NG FOR

• 8+ years in digital media or advertising commercial leadership, ideally within a media house, agency or ad sales organisation in Kenya or Africa.
• A proven record of building and hitting digital revenue targets.
• Experience leading and scaling a commercial or sales team.
• Deep understanding of the Kenyan digital advertising market: agencies, direct brands and the local media ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing solutions and marketing technology.
• Comfortable operating across video, audio, web and social advertising products — not siloed to one channel.
• A strong communicator and closer, credible in front of
• C-suite marketing and agency leadership.
• Commercially numerate, comfortable owning pricing, forecasting and reporting
