Job Description

Head of Credit

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • CPA (K), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification (added advantage)
  • 5–7 years’ relevant experience in credit, lending, banking, or microfinance
  • 2–3 years in a senior credit or supervisory role
  • Strong experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management, and recoveries
  • Proficiency in MS Office and credit management systems
