Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting across all country operations
• Oversee financial operations including reporting, compliance, audits, and cash flow management
• Manage grant financial cycles and donor reporting
• Design financial models and costing for funding proposals
• Oversee legal affairs, contracts, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
• Strengthen organisational systems for budgeting, procurement, and cost allocation
• Support leadership decision-making through financial insights and analysis
• Contribute to organisational strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team

Who We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, legal, or operations
• At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong experience in financial strategy, planning, and compliance
• Experience in multi-country, donor-funded, or development environments is an advantage
• Professional qualification (CPA(K), ACCA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
