Education:

• Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (e.g. MBA, MCom, MSc)

Certifications & Licenses (highly preferred in Kenya)

• Certified Public Accountant – CPA-K or ACCA
• Membership with ICPAK (Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya)
• Additional certification in CIMA, CFA, or leadership/strategy is an added advantage

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles
• At least 5 years in senior leadership or Head of Finance/CFO roles
• Proven ability to manage large teams, budgets, and complex financial structures
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage)
• Experience working in industries such as FMCG, financial services, manufacturing, telecoms.
