Job Description

Job Summary:

As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives. You will play a key role in fostering a positive organizational culture, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and have a proven track record of implementing HR best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Lead initiatives for employee development, training, and succession planning.

Employee Relations:

  • Establish and maintain positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Performance Management:

  • Drive the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international compensation laws and regulations.

Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess and improve the employee experience.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Establish key HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR leader in a manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other relevant HR technologies.
