Head of Kindergarten

Kirawa Road School is expanding! We’re launching a brand-new Kindergarten Branch in the serene Lower Kabete area and we’re looking for a visionary Head of Kindergarten to lead the way.

Your Role

  • Lead and inspire a new team of early childhood educators
  • Oversee curriculum, classroom > delivery & learner well-being
  • Foster strong parent partnerships & community trust
  • Drive excellence in compliance, care, and creativity

Qualifications

  • Drive excellence in compliance, care, and creativity
  • KHA Headteacher training or Montessori certification
  • 5+ years in a similar leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead teams and implement school systems.
