About the role:

• We’re seeking an experienced Head of Product with experience in FinTech solutions who is dedicated to crafting customer-centric products. Join our fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch a cutting-edge reconciliation product that aligns with our company’s vision and strategy.
• Our Reconciliation product offers real-time financial insights for various business types, ensuring you always know where your finances stand. As Head of Product, you’ll engage with customers, develop and share product strategy, help drive the roadmap, and work seamlessly with the engineering and business teams to deliver value. This role is an opportunity to impact our clients’ financial operations significantly.

You will:

• Develop a product strategy that aligns with the company’s core objective and evolving customer needs.
• Translate product strategy into detailed plans, requirements, and prototypes.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Together with the executive team, develop product pricing and
• positioning strategies.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform and adjust product strategy as needed.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Assume responsibility for the product roadmap, ensuring that it serves as a dynamic blueprint for product development.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Oversee all aspects of the product, including customer feedback,
• requirements, and issues
• Establish and uphold a rigorous standard of reliability, quality, and usability through product development phases, ensuring that metrics are consistently met.
• Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market
• and optimal solutions
• Have a deep understanding of reconciliation processes.

You’ll catch our eye if you have:

• 5-8 years experience in Product Management or other technical roles building Fintech/B2B products.
• Proven work experience managing products through the software development lifecycle from inception/discovery to delivery
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• Technology Management or equivalent
