Head of Retail

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth: Lead retail distribution strategy aligned with company goals for sustainable growth. • Agency Development: Build and manage a productive nationwide agency network.
  • Sales Leadership: Set and achieve sales targets, monitor performance and profitability.
  • Customer Retention: Enhance customer experience and policy persistency.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient, compliant, and tech-enabled agency operations.
  • Leadership & Culture: Inspire teams, promote innovation, and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in life insurance/financial services, with 5+ years in senior distribution leadership.
  • Professional certifications: ACII, IIK, LOMA.
