Duties

  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and sales
  • Strong customer service/client relationship skills
  • Prospect for clients and generate sales
  • Upsell & cross-sell packages/offers to maximise revenue
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and company KPIs
  • Prepare proposals, handle enquiries, and follow up promptly.
