REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven senior sales leadership in travel or hospitality
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven mindset with modern sales tools proficiency
  • Passion for travel and customer- centric experiences

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high- performance sales team
  • Develop multi-channel sales strategies to boost revenue
  • Forge and manage B2B partnerships (travel agents, tour operators, affiliates) .
  • Implement and optimize CRM & sales automation systems
  • Analyze funnel metrics and client insights to improve conversion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support
