Head of Sales

This is a leadership role for a senior sales professional who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and lead a high-performing B2B sales team.

Role Highlights:

  • Own and execute the overall sales strategy
  • Drive revenue growth across corporate & key accounts
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team
  • Identify new markets, channels, and business opportunities
  • Work closely with operations & marketing for seamless delivery

Ideal Background:

  • 8–15 years in B2B sales
  • 4+ years in a senior sales leadership role
  • Experience in branding / printing / signage / advertising / visual solutions / B2B services
  • Strong exposure to corporate and institutional clients
  • Location: East Africa
