Job Description

Kinetic Controls provides electrical and mechanical maintenance services in Kenya.

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HSE within a construction, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or NCA (or equivalent recognized qualification).
  • Strong knowledge of local and international HSE standards, including OSHA regulations.
  • Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to train and influence others on HSE best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Candidates currently based in Mombasa or its surrounding areas are highly encouraged to apply.
