Helpdesk Agent

Are you ready to elevate your career in aviation by supporting seamless commercial operations? We are looking for a dynamic Helpdesk Agent based in Nairobi, Kenya. In this role, you will provide back-office system support, resolve ticketing issues, manage payment portals, and drive operational efficiency. You should hold an IATA/UFTAA Diploma with at least 1 year of sales and ticketing experience.
