Job Description

The GoCare Training Institute (GTI) has its roots deeply embedded in the foundation of GoCare, a prominent organization based in Kenya, dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services and solutions. Established in the year 2011, GoCare operates with a mission to enhance healthcare accessibility, quality, and affordability across Kenya

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for home-care professionals and industry best practices.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and simulations.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate trainees’ understanding and application of home-care management concepts.
  • Stay current with industry trends and updates, incorporating relevant information into training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • NITA TOT Training and Certification
  • NITA Certified Homecare Management Trainer
  • Diploma, HND or Degree qualification
  • Proven knowledge and experience in home-care management training
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other training software/tools
