Job Description:

• Are you a passionate nursing leader with a proven track record in clinical excellence, patient care, and nursing team management? We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented, and patient-centred professional to provide strategic leadership and oversight of nursing services across the hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of nursing practice, patient safety, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, workforce planning, and the continuous professional development of nursing staff. The role will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to enhance service delivery and achieve the hospital’s strategic objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognized institution with a valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
• A Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ progressive nursing experience, including at least three (3) years in a senior nursing leadership role within a busy hospital.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, people management, communication, and decision-making skills, with a solid understanding of healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and quality improvement practices.
