Job Description

CJ’s, a fully-fledged restaurant specializing in delivering a relaxed and memorable dining experience. We’re currently in 12 locations; 3 in Nairobi, 8 in Kampala and 1 in Entebbe. Each location features a unique ambiance with tasteful décor, specially designed for your comfort. To make you feel more at home, we’ve carefully selected a unique theme for each location. We have over 300 carefully selected, mouthwatering menu items. Whatever your taste, it’s well catered for. We value you. Hostess

What You Will Do:

  • Warmly welcome, seat guests, and manage restaurant traffic flow.
  • Handle reservations and seamlessly assist the service team during peak hours.
  • Interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and gather feedback.
  • Maintain clean, organized seating arrangements and up-to-date menus.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage Service or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast- paced or fine-dining restaurant.
  • Lively, outgoing personality with excellent personal grooming.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
