Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as bed making, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, laundry and ironing.
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards and set with amenities.
  • Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
  • Notify manager on any damages, deficits and disturbances.
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests from manager with professionalism and patience
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and inform manager when appropriate.
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any property related-practices.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Over 3 years’ experience in Housekeeping is desired
  • Ability to work with little supervision & maintain a high level of performance and efficiency
  • Customer oriented and friendly
  • Prioritization & time management skills (punctual)
  • Honest & Hardworking
