What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate room attendants, cleaners, and laundry staff
• Inspect rooms & public areas to maintain top cleanliness standards
• Train, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team
• Prepare daily work schedules & manage inventories
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
• 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (hotel/resort preferred)
• Strong leadership & organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage diverse teams
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
