HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT

Reports to HR Manager

Our client in manufacturing is looking for a Human Resources & Admin Assistant who will be responsible for daily administrative and HR duties.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with recruitment and record maintenance as well as provide clerical support to all employees.
  • Manage staff files and records and ensuring all required documents are submitted accordingly
  • Ensuring staff data is updated in both soft and hard copies.
  • Manage general office supplies by taking stocks, making requisitions, confirming the deliveries
  • Employee contracts management as directed by management
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing set up
  • Must be familiar with ISO 9001-2015 Standards.
  • Background in the LPG cylinder manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
