About the Role

  • We are seeking a Benefits Associate (Retirement) to join our team in Kenya. This position is 100% operations-focused and will be responsible for executing activities related to retirement plan administration, contribution reconciliation, information validation, and issue resolution, ensuring process accuracy and compliance with client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage benefit enrollments and updates in the system based on employee and employer requests.
  • Process retirement plan contributions and follow up to ensure proper receipt by providers.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies related to contributions and retirement plan administration.
  • Create, modify, and terminate loans and retirement plans within the system.
  • Execute corrections and adjustments requested by clients, including calculations related to employee and employer contributions.
  • Maintain up-to-date payment information and transaction records in tracking tools.
  • Respond to internal and external client inquiries through emails, cases, and assigned tasks.
  • Participate in special projects related to retirement and benefits processes.
  • Provide operational support to the team as needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the team leader or supervisor.

Requirements

  • Technical degree, technological degree, or current studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Minimum of 6 months of work experience.
