• We’re looking for a proactive, people-loving HR Associate to join our team and help shape the next phase of our people journey. This is a high-exposure role perfect for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn, roll up their sleeves, and grow into a future HR leader.
• You’ll work closely with the People Lead and Operations Manager, supporting the full HR function while learning the foundations of building strong culture, people systems, and modern HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• HR Operations & Administration:
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits
• Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws
• Manage and keep employee data up to date
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Support end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs
• Deliver smooth, structured, and welcoming onboarding experiences
• Employee Engagement & Culture Support:
• Support performance review cycles.
• Support engagement initiatives, team events, and communications
• Be a trusted point of contact for employee queries
• Help build a positive, respectful workplace culture
• HR Projects & Continuous Improvement:
• Improve people processes and HR workflows.
