HR Business Partner

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to drive organizational design, HR strategy, and change management.
  • Lead talent and performance management to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, policy development, and statutory compliance.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness through HR projects, process improvement, and performance measurement.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
  • 3 years’ experience in the micro financial industry is desirable.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of success in ambiguous and complex environments
  • Key competencies: Developing Standards, Fostering Teamwork, Management Proficiency, Promoting Process Improvement, Building Relationships, and People Skills.
