Key Accountabilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Recruitment process Management
  • Translate business needs into job/ candidate profiles
  • Candidate sourcing and screening
  • Stakeholder management and customer service
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Ensure smooth on-boarding processes for new hires
  • Play an active role in making our recruitment process and tools better every day

HR Operations- ESA

  • Support the development and execution of the HR operations strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Maintain employee records and files, ensuring data integrity, completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality in compliance with data protection laws and regulations
  • Prepare and present People-related data and analytics to management and leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Education, Preferred Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  • 5+ years of experience (Agency or Inhouse) handling end to end recruitment in various regional roles
  • Preferred recruitment experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality hires with strong hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
  • Experience of applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools etc.)
  • Have practical knowledge & experience in HR operations /service delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • High attention to detail, fantastic organizational and time management skills
  • Self-driven, result- oriented and action-focused
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making
  • Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and knowledge of HRIS
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Professional HR certifications are highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently, strong can-do attitude & a willingness to adapt to changing environments.
