Our client in the hospitality industry is hiring an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and workforce management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
• 4–6 years HR management experience
• Experience in hospitality, clubs, entertainment, or F&B industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws & statutory compliance
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding & performance management
• Strong employee relations & conflict resolution skills
• Leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in HR systems, payroll & HR reporting
