Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in HR operations, preferably with demonstrable experience in a managerial or supervisory HR role. Active membership with a recognized professional HR body. CHRP certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience working within the private security sector will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of Kenyan employment law, HR best practices, labour relations and workplace compliance.
• Strong understanding of HR administration, employee relations, performance management, recruitment and staff welfare. Strong organizational, communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and organizational information professionally.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in standard office and HR management systems.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
