HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven, and goal-oriented HR Manager to execute the following responsibilities and be equipped with the listed skills and qualifications.

Core Responsibilities

  • Expert Hiring: Recruiting specialized talent from Lab Technicians to Sales representatives. • Workforce Planning
  • Compliance Lead: Navigating Labor Laws, Factory Acts, and environmental regulations.
  • Team Growth: Leading technical upskilling and mandatory safety certifications.
  • Health & Wellness: Overseeing occupational health monitoring and respiratory safety programs.
  • Conflict Resolution: Bridging the gap between the shop floor and management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field IHRM Certification (Kenya)
  • Over 2 years of experience in any Manufacturing Sector
  • Strong Leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of Kenyan labour
