HR Officer

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or any Business field from a recognized university.
  • Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • CHRP (K) would be an added advantage. Member of IHRM.
  • Sound Knowledge of Kenya Labor Laws and HR Best Practices, HR Policy Formulation and Review.
  • At least 2 years HR experience with Microfinance/Banking institutions.
