Human Resource

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to manage and support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and facilitating resolutions.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support managers in performance management.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll and employee benefits.
  • Plan and execute training and development initiatives.
  • Support organizational changes and HR strategy implementation.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics for decision-making.
  • Promote a healthy workplace environment and positive employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role (e.g., HR Officer, HR Generalist, HR Manager).
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
