Job Overview:

As an HR Consultant at Gap Recruitment Services, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic HR consulting services to our clients. You will be responsible for understanding their unique needs, developing effective HR strategies, and implementing solutions to drive organizational success. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to the growth and success of both our clients and our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their HR requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on HR best practices, policies, and procedures.

HR Strategy Development:

  • Develop customized HR strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies.

Outsourcing Services:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
  • Oversee HR outsourcing services such as payroll management, benefits administration, and compliance.

Employee Relations:

  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with clients to create professional development plans for their teams.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure client compliance.
  • Mitigate HR-related risks by implementing effective policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • 3 years of proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
