Human Resource Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to support our HR department in a variety of tasks related to employee management, recruitment, and office administration. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in HR practices, while contributing to the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Manage and track employee leave records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Contribute to building a positive company culture by organizing celebrations like birthdays
  • and supporting employee happiness initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate filing and paperwork for employee records, ensuring compliance with
  • internal policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee queries in coordination with the HR Projects Manager and Business
  • Partners, providing support where needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by your managers to support the overall HR team.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Degree or Diploma in Human resource Management
  • Qualities We Value:
