Human Resource Officer-Athi River

This role is suited to an HR professional who understands the demands of high-volume agricultural workforces, including seasonal labour mobilization, onboarding, deployment, employee welfare and workforce compliance.

Key requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • 2–3 years’ HR experience
  • Experience in agriculture, horticulture or floriculture is preferred
  • Experience with Fairtrade or Kenya Flower Council (KFC) audits
  • IHRM Kenya membership
  • Fluency in English and Swahili
