Job Overview:

  • As an HR Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in talent management and employee engagement. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR records. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential. Join our team and contribute to building a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Pin recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.rovide counselling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree/Diploma in HR, Administration, Management or any other relevant field.
  • Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management
  • At least 3 years experience in Hospitality or FMCG Industry.
  • Proven knowledge and direct experience in at least two of the following areas; recruitment; compensation and benefits, employee relations and communications, performance management and HR practice.
  • Thorough understanding of labour laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of HRMS.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize conflicting assignments.
  • High sense of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Tact and diplomacy in handling sensitive issues.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office packages.
  • High level of interpersonal and negotiation skills and ability to work as part of a multicultural team.
