Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management / HND in Human Resource Management
• Registered member of IHRM
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Computer literate
• Meet Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya requirements

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop the human resource planning policy and procedures
• Advise the BOG on HR policy matters
• Act as the link between management and the union on labor relations
• Oversee HR trainings and development across departments
• Supervise administrative service areas including catering, boarding, secretaries, and transport
• Oversee recruitment and appointment of staff
• Manage and update the payroll and ensure compliance
• Handle staff discipline, grievances, and welfare
