Job Description

MNC Consulting Group Limited services include but not limited to; Accountancy, Audit & Assurance, HR Development, Financial & Investment Advisory, Taxation, Mngmt Consulting.

Duties and responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers for interviews and assessments.
  • Making job offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
  • Mediating conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Providing support to managers in setting performance goals and objectives.
  • Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback.
  • Identifying training and development needs and coordinating training programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administering payroll and benefits programs.
  • Conducting salary surveys and analyzing compensation trends.
  • Managing employee benefits enrollment and changes.
  • Ensuring compliance with compensation and benefits laws and regulations.

HR Administration:

  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Managing HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.
  • Handling employee exits, including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.
  • Assisting with HR reporting and data analysis.

Talent Management:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  • Identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans.
  • Supporting career development initiatives and employee growth opportunities.

HR Compliance:

  • Staying up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to employment practices.
  • Advising management on HR-related legal issues and risks.

Employee Engagement:

  • Planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing results.
  • Implementing initiatives to enhance employee morale and motivation.

Qualifications

  • degree in human resource management
  • atleast 3 years working experience
  • Conversant with labour laws.
  • Able to handle confidential information.
  • Professionalism and integrity.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset.
