Job Description

Platinum Credit Limited is a credit only Micro-Finance Company licensed in Kenya under the Company’s Act. The company, was founded in 2003 with a vision to provide emergency loans to Civil Servants, TSC members and employees of selected companies. We deliver cash in 24hours, with minimum bureaucracy and swift customer service.

Human Resource Officer

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Must possess a valid practicing certificate from IHRM

Behavioral Competencies

  • Good leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High integrity, good conduct, and with a positive attitude towards work, clients, and staff.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Guidance and counselling skills

Technical Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of Kenyan employment labor laws and practices.
  • Good computer skills, particularly in the use of Human Resources Information Systems and hands-on experience with MS Suite-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated coaching skills, with an ability to inspire, influence, and motivate teams.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and delicately solve sensitive matters.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders in potentially strenuous situations.
  • Good judgment and decision-making capacity.
