QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 3+ years’ HR experience, preferably in agribusiness or SMEs
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills
