• You will lead key HR processes and programs across topics in each geography, ensure compliance with all legal requirements and support exceptional risk management.
• You will actively counsel colleagues, managers, and leaders on a range of HR policies and guidelines.

• You will work in our Africa office as part of our HR Function.
• Our HR Function focuses on caring for McKinsey colleagues across the lifecycle and the Firm, managing people risk and compliance, and providing talent partnership to the business.
• You will be part of our HR team in one of our locations in Africa.
