Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and co-administer (along with the Head of Operations) the company’s IT infrastructure related systems such as servers, user devices, networks, security devices, and software.
• Ensure the infrastructure is scalable, secure and optimal to run existing and new business systems in line with the Company and Operations Strategy.
• Ensure 100% uptime and protection for all information systems and data.
• Ensure delivery of quality IT services as per defined KPIs and SLA.
• Train users for maximum utilization of deployed systems to drive high user productivity and resource
• optimization.
• Mentor and coach the Applications Support and IT Infrastructure Support teams.
• Set clear targets and ensure delivery of quality IT services as per defined KPIs and SLA.
• Assess team development needs and facilitate continuous training and upskilling.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field is required.
• 3+ years of progressive experience is required in designing, deploying and managing/administering networks and IT systems, and overseeing delivery of IT services.
• Experience in leading an IT support team is required.
• Certification in IT service management such as ITIL is required.
• Certification in information security management such as CISSP/CISM/CISA etc. is required.
