Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for Insurance Sales Agents. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, offering tailored insurance solutions, and maintaining excellent customer service. Agents are responsible for building strong professional relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through consultative sales techniques and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Sales strategies
• Strong background in Customer Service and relationship management
• Knowledge of Insurance products and practices, including Insurance Brokerage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage

Renumeration This is a commission based position.
