Insurance Specialist

Location:

  • Full Onsite – Nairobi, Kenya

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CT)

English Level:

  • B2 (Fluent)

We’re looking for an experienced Insurance Verification Specialist to review and confirm insurance eligibility, educate patients on benefits, and collaborate with billing teams and healthcare providers to ensure accurate coverage information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare insurance
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and EMR systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
