Job Description

Jubilee Insurance was established in August 1937, as the first locally incorporated Insurance Company based in Mombasa in 1937. Jubilee Insurance has spread its sphere of influence throughout the region to become the largest Composite insurer in East Africa, handling Life, Pensions, general and Medical insurance.

Intern – Client Services

Role Purpose:

The Intern-Client Services will provide operational and administrative support in the onboarding of new clients. The role involves assisting with documentation, KYC checks, data entry, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual seeking to build a career in client services within the financial services industry

Academic Background & Relevant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and basic data analysis tools.
  • Internship experience in a financial institution will be an added advantage
  • Experience in client services, operations, or onboarding within the financial services or asset management sector.
