Additionally, maintaining accurate records of student assessments and attending relevant meetings are essential responsibilities.

Professional qualifications and experience

• A degree in hospitality and tourism management.
• A diploma in technical education is an added advantage.
• Conversant in food service and kitchen practice
• Previous teaching experience at college level is an added advantage
• Experience with CDACC curriculum will be an added advantage.
• Good communication written and spoken, and leadership skills.
