Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of hands on experience in Opensource technologies like Java
• Good Working knowledge and Web Framework experience with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Micro services.
• Strong hands on experience on one of the JS frameworks (Angular, React).
• Hands on experience with Relational  and NOSQL databases
• Hands on experience with Rest based web services
• Knowledge on Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• Hands on Experience in CI-CD pipeline using Jenkins, Dockers

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical leadership by enforcing the vision of the application architecture and safeguard the integrity of the application environment, in alliance with architects and other tech leads
• Scope the projects from a system’s perspective, develop high-level implementation plans, lead systems requirements meetings, identify issues, complete gap analysis and scoping, and act as a liaison to subject matter experts as needed.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for the internal team on areas such as system functionality and approach including solving systems operations issues, performance initiatives. Leverage existing knowledge and expertise in multiple ways
• Estimate the tasks and resources required to design, build, and test the code.
• Oversee technical deliverables for projects through the software development life cycle, including validating the completeness of estimates, quality and accuracy of technical designs, build and implementation
• Proactively address technical issues and risks that could impact project schedule and/or budget
• Work closely with stakeholders to design and document automation solutions that align with the business needs and also consistent with the architectural vision
• Review High-Level Design (HLD)/Integrated System Design that defines the system technically and submit it for review
• Mentor and train project team members to enforce development guidelines and best practices
