This role is critical in supporting the company’s financial operations and ensuring efficient administration processes that contribute to overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile supplier statements and manage timely processing of supplier deliveries and payments.
• Accurately input financial data into accounting software, maintain well-organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Administer and track petty cash usage while preparing and sharing timely reports with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate and arrange supplier and operational payments in line with company procedures.
• Conduct internal audits of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and reporting.
• Prepare and provide ad hoc financial reports to management as needed.
• Ensure the company remains compliant with statutory financial and tax obligations while supporting tax filing processes

 Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Accounting qualification: part- or fully qualified (CPA/ACCA)
• Expertise accounting software systems.
• Previous experience in agriculture is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
