THE JOURNEY

• Be responsible for payments to suppliers, partners and couriers
• Ensure accurate weekly treasury forecasts
• Be there for the Partners when they need support, taking ownership of their requests and reconciliations
• Support account managers on finance relationship with partners
• Be the link between HQ Finance and Local teams
• Maintenance and analysis of business reports and information to aid in the basic decision-making process, including daily, weekly and monthly reports indicating full operational status concerning the flow
• Analyze daily and weekly operation metrics
• Obsession with process improvement, always searching for opportunities to optimize the current status-quo
• Be a creative problem solver

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Have previous experience in fast paced environment
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance operation roles
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or related field
• Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and Data Interpretation Skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communicator with the ability and agility to solve problems
• Highly organized and able to multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and deadlines

• Fluent in English
