Junior Sales Representative

Key responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and assist in negotiating sales deals.
  • Provide feedback from the field to support product improvement and market strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new op- portunities.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client-facing activities and events.
  • Perform any other sales-related tasks assigned by your supervisor.

What you bring

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years in sales, business development, or customer-fac- ing roles-experience in construction, hardware, or industrial products is a plus.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a construc- tion-related field.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in client engagement and relationship-building.
  • Self-Motivation: Results-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Tech Know-How: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and basic digital com- munication tools.
  • Field-Readiness: Willingness to travel, conduct site visits, and spend time en- gaging with clients on location.
