Qualifications, Skills and Experience (Both Positions)

• Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development.
• Proven track record in account acquisition, sales growth, and achieving targets.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel supplies, HORECA, FMCG, facilities management, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and independently manage key accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness, planning, reporting, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of the Kenyan market preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with international and regional hotel chains across multiple properties.
• Develop new business opportunities while understanding hotel brand standards and procurement requirements.
• Promote hospitality supplies, including linen, amenities, tableware, kitchen accessories, and OS&E.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, product approvals, orders, and special import requirements.
• Build relationships with hotel management, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
