Job Description

Janta Kenya is a HR Consultancy firm established with an objective of encompassing integral and necessary skills that most individuals and organizations need in everyday business

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Relationships:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the accounts.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth by developing strategic plans and executing sales activities.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Trade Marketing and Promotions:

  • Align and execute trade marketing and promotional activities with the overall business strategy.
  • Develop in-store visibility plans and ensure effective implementation.

Account Management:

  • Monitor and manage account performance, ensuring targets are met.
  • Prepare and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with distributors and other partners to enhance product visibility and availability.

Skill & Experience

Experience:

  • 4-6 years of sales experience in handling MT in FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Ms excel

Education:

  • Bachelor degree / marketing management degree.

Personal Attributes:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
