Role Overview
The Key Accounts Officer will be responsible for overseeing assigned key accounts, primarily insurance schemes and corporate clients, to ensure continuous engagement, satisfaction, and traffic growth. The role demands a proactive individual capable of building lasting relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth coordination between our hospital and partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key insurance schemes and corporate accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at growing traffic and maximizing account potential.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Conduct regular account reviews, performance tracking, and reporting on client engagement and revenue trends.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management, business development, or client relationship management.
• Experience within a hospital or healthcare environment will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
